Great food fast service

I tried to order something and they didn't understand what I wanted

The service was good and polite. But the food was horrible no flavor whats so ever & overpriced. Del Taco is much better!

Very predictable, stable operation. Food is prepared quickly and always is fresh at this location.

Food made me sick. Staff not too friendly.

Second time in a row I've been to this location and the food doesn't taste like the one in Ventura. The last trip almost $16 wasted because the meat didn't taste cook all the way and queso was cold and clumpy.

Food was cold and this is 3rd time in 3rd week there has been an issue. Cold forget my salad dressing and forgot guacamole at one point

Consistently good quality food.

Lots of fat in the chicken. Dry steak. Service is good but they really need to work on training in food quality.

Terrible customer service except for cashiers line workers had minimal condiments and gave very small amounts of salsa and meat and in turn tried to hide it by wrapping burrito swiftly.

Awesome food, dirty bathrooms

Chipotle is quick, dynamic in that you can create what you want, specific for burritos or bowls so your not starting at a menu for over 10 minutes, and best of all the food tastes great for the price. I end up coming here at least once biweekly.

Good food but expensive

Fast, friendly, and delicious as always. This place had the normal loud echoey interior which makes it impossible to talk, so sitting outside in the beautiful afternoon shad was even more enjoyable. I really like the burrito bowl with all the fixings (corn, med green salsa, a little sour cream, etc) washed down with an ice tea. Makes me feel GOOD!

I know people who hate it. I'm not part of that crowd. Food tastes good. Portions are big enough to fill you up.

Chipotle is what it is, I like the food but I really hate when they get my order wrong.

The chile relleno burrito W/ rice & beans is badass....oh yeah & U have 2 try the munchers their crazy good

I'm putting 3 stars cause I didn't like the way to order, besides the rice is kinda hard, I'm. Mexican and those "burritos" are a disgrace for Mexican. Culture. Buuuuut were not in Mexico. So. I guess you have to settle hahaha. 7/10

The service was quick and good but the food was not. The portion of meat compaerd to the rest of the dish was small and the side order of queso I got was very grainy and didn't taste good at all.

The restaurant was very clean, there was no line at all. The staff that helped me was very kind and fast at their service. I was in and out of the restaurant and my food was amazing.

Absolutely delicious food and friendly customer service

Overly expensive for what it is. Guac especially over priced, and very spicy. They should offer s version without jalroeños. Also, employees seemed short and not patient or willing to answer my questions about the different options.

It's Chipotle, it's never been bad. Only downside is I probably eat there too much. Still love it though.

Fast service and great staff! Food was also on point, the dining area was very clean. The only issue I found was with the cheese sauce they sell, very underwhelming or probably an old batch they were selling from. Tasted terrible. Come check it out, might have been a one day thing.

Horrible place, they serve online orders instead of customers who comes in.

This restaurant has huge burritos that taste good. You get to choose what you want in your burrito/bowl. The only issue is that there is not a debit card machine...meaning that make you have the actual card or cash. They Do Not accept samsung pay or apple pay. 🤯

Besides the kine moving super slow the food was great . It just seems like they were just being very slow and the customer service kinda sucked , had to repeat myself several times and literally speak super loud to get my point across..

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I was made fun of, because I missed a small sign. Then, I was asked to leave, when I asked for a manager. I said the word hell, and was told my language was unacceptable in front of children. In context, I said, "Oh hell, it was right in front of me, sorry". The assistant manager asked me if I could read? What if I had a learning disability? I find their attitude, and customer service unacceptable.

Chipotle Mexican Grill was good, Plenty of parking and the restaurant was clean and well organized. The customer service was great and my orders wa delivered fast. The burrito was excellent!

Each time that I have eaten (purchased) here at Chipotle Mexican grill the food has tasted Great as usual,even if there has been bad News about them. "It may not be the TRUTH"

Good value for your money.

I came here today with my parents and we regreted coming here right away. There was food on the ground in the dinning area and lots of it. Same goes for their drink station for it to was littered with food as well. The worse one of all is how they folded my burrito, not even half way through eating my burrito it began to collapse on me. I did my best to maintain the shape but it collapse and I just stared at the remaining of the burrito thinking if it was going to be this bad I would've just went to go eat at the in and out right next door. We bought a bag of chips as well and it was such a bad quality that we didn't even finish them, they tasted like cheap Mexican tortilla chips simply dipped into salt. I gone to many Chipotle locations and it hasn't been this terrible before or even compared to other locations and the seats showed damage.
